Join our 6-week Grappler's Strength and Conditioning Program designed for both recreational and competitive grapplers. Whether you're gearing up for a competition or aiming to enhance your mat performance, this program is tailored to boost your strength, speed, and overall athleticism. With 30-minute sessions, 3 times a week, over the course of 6 weeks, you'll experience targeted training to gain a competitive edge in matches, fights, or sparring. Suitable for commercial gyms or well-equipped home gyms, this program is also ideal for hobbyists looking to elevate their grappling skills. By starting this program you have taken a big step towards becoming a stronger fighter and improving your stamina. Equipment needed: A regular commercial gym is equipped with all the necessary items. A common home or garage gym arrangement should be sufficient. By being a bit inventive, you can substitute dumbbells for barbells and vice versa to accomplish the task. You will need a range of dumbbells in different weights, a pull-up bar, a resistance band, a barbell with plates, and at least one kettlebell of medium weight. Additionally, a bench or step can be utilized for box jumps and/or step-ups.
